Majority of clients Landlords and Property Managment
The vast majority of my clients are landlords and property management companies operated by fair and honest people, who care for their tenants and their properties. Today, however, I helped a tenant facing wrongful eviction despite her lease. By reminding her landlord/manager of the law, I saved Management a costly lawsuit it would have lost and brought peace to my client for the remainder of her lease. Sometimes people need help to do the right thing. :)
