I don’t only handle unlawful detainer and real estate cases. On top of providing fast, affordable evictions, I love saving my clients huge money! This past week, one of my long-term, investor clients called me when the City refused to remove three tax penalty liens after his purchase. Long story short, with a little “persuasion”, I was able to obtain releases of all three liens, saving my client over $120K! One happy client, who happens to be a great guy! Some days I love my job.
